What are some of your goals that you have either flying around in your brain or you have taken and put pen to paper? Do you remember those days as a kid when you were in school, and they asked you to write out your goals? Or to plan for the next 5 years, 10 years and on?
What are YOUR goals or the tentative plan that you are formulating for the next five to ten years? Where do you want to be in life?
When I get to forming ALL the goals for the year to come, I think in categories. My categories are finances, home, health and fitness, spiritual, and career. Each of these categories break off into lists of goals, but while going for goal crushing plans I try to keep in mind, “is it attainable?” and “what can I do to make these goals happen?”
Often, we get caught up all the things we HAVE TO accomplish, or we turn to “I am a failure”. But we neglect to think of the either slap in the face or avalanche life throws our way. Remember when you get a good ole back hand from life there is ALWAYS the come back and how you faced adversity. I believe that everything happens for a reason good or bad, and how we handle these situations is what makes us stronger, or we can decide to run, BUT remember running won’t get you through the problems or situations that you need or needed to face head on.
Don’t sell yourself short, remember each day how capable you are, and that each day is a new day to start fresh.
Back to it, WHAT are your goals for the new year?
